Spring Crest is a small community of houses up along Highway 74. I pass by it every weekend. There aren't more than a dozen homes up there and it is very rocky. They do get snow (see photos). They have spectacular views of the pinyon area, as well as the desert floor and the Palm Springs windmills. Sometimes I will drive up there and stop to take photos.
