My cousin recently showed me one of the entrances to Pushawalla Canyon, which is in the Indio Hills. I took my RAV on the dirt road. She had her Ford 250 and horse trailer. I'm glad I had the RAV. There was a lot of soft sand and the RAV did just fine! I parked at the entrance and hiked about 1.5 miles back into the canyon. More pics tomorrow of the oasis there!
