Dance of the hummingbirds

Sometimes when I'm up at the ranch, I take a break and sit on the patio.  There are a couple of hummingbird feeders there and last weekend, I couldn't believe how many hummingbirds were there!  It was like a dance~some would come, some would go...a real ballet!

    OH good! Now I know where mine went. All feeders are abandoned up here since the beginning of September. Nice shots! I would love to see so many at the same time around my feeders.

    So exciting to watch so many of the little hummers coming together. Sometimes quite aggressively.

    I love hummingbirds. There a lot of aerial battles going on at our place also. The local HBs, think they own the place.
