Somebody commented yesterday about our blue skies...well, our forecast is for sunny days for the next week AND temps in the high 70's! YES! Can you believe it? Yesterday was cloudy and cool, but today should warm up and then every day will become a little warmer until we'll be at 77 degrees by next Tuesday! Wanna come and join us?
I dedicate this blog to my father, who first put a camera in my hands when I was 12 and who took me to many of the places that I love today.

Yeah for SoCal! Here we're just going to be 70 degrees, a welcome change. Yesterday was seemed freezing cold.
ReplyDeleteThose 70s sound real inviting. Only getting into the high 40s here with blue skies. Maybe up to the 50s later this week.
ReplyDeleteJoin you all - YES! Let's see, 10-12 hours driving max...hmmm. San Diego last August was very worth it, so your area in winter is worth it, too!
ReplyDeleteold Joshua Tree plants here in Abq, some older ones over 15-20' tall. A few different forms, including one that flowers religiously here in mid-March, even though it is still cold w/ some <32F nights until early April.
They're quite beautiful trees!! Boom & Gary of the Vermilon River, Canada.
ReplyDeleteThat was ME and YES! We'll be there in time for dinner ... in about 3-4 days - LOL! LOVE your images, adore Joshua Trees and your area overall. Thanks for sharing.
